Linda Loo's Newsletter - Issue 10
Hello Friends,
Spring is finally here, and there so many things we can do with young children to make it a FUN and educational time! Of course many celebrate Easter this month, but there are so many things talk about - signs of spring, insects, flowers, planting! Here are a few of my favorite SPRING activities. I hope you and the children you know enjoy them! There are many more to choose from, and are listed by category on the website.
As always, I would love for you to share your ideas with myself and others. With your help, we can make this site a valuable resource for everyone who are involved in teaching in an Early Childhood program - great for parents and grandparents, too! So, please share your creative and teacher-tested activities.
Here are my favorite April picks:
- Easter Milk Carton Baskets
- Egg and Chick Counting Game
- Life cycle of a Butterfly
- Bumble Bee Counting Game
- Spring Texture Table
- Planting Gardens in Texture Table
- Egg and Monster Counting Game
THINK SPRING!
Linda Loo!
